Health Concierge provides personalised health support to help eligible Medibank hospital members prepare for, or recover from, a hospital stay or treatment.#

Medibank Mental Health Phone Support
Members with Hospital cover can talk with a mental health professional over the phone in relation to any mental health or emotional concern, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.~
New telehealth services
Medibank members with eligible extras can now access telehealth services—including psychology, physiotherapy, dietetics, occupational therapy, podiatry, exercise physiology, and speech therapy—and claim for services undertaken from 14 April until further notice.*
Sleep and settling support line
Our sleep and settling support line, delivered by Tresillian’s specialist nurses, is here to help eligible members with hospital cover, at no extra cost on 1800 973 573. ?

CareComplete
Medibank’s CareComplete programs provide extra support and personalised care when you need it most. Where eligible, we work in partnership with you and your health care team to help you access the right support and resources.

OptimalMe
Medibank has partnered with Monash University to create OptimalMe, a research program designed to help mums-to-be optimise their health before they conceive. The program features tailored health and wellbeing tips and personal guidance on fitness and nutrition. If you’re planning to have a baby in the next 12 months you may be eligible to take part.

Healthier Weight, Healthier Me: Type 2 Diabetes pilot program
Medibank is piloting a new weight management program to help eligible members with type 2 diabetes to lose weight and better manage their diabetes.

Chemotherapy at Home pilot
We’re giving eligible members in VIC, WA, SA, QLD metro and NSW metro greater choice and flexibility through our chemotherapy in the home pilot.

Palliative Care at Home pilot
We’ve partnered with specialist palliative care providers to trial palliative care at home for eligible members in WA, northern Sydney and Townsville and surrounding areas.?

Hospital in the Home
In consultation with your doctor, you may be eligible for Hospital in the Home treatments such as infusions or complex wound care.?

We’re trialling a phone-based cardiac rehabilitation program for eligible members following a heart related hospital admission.??

Haemodialysis at Home pilot
We’re bringing this treatment into the comfort of the home to help ease the burden on the members (where eligible) and their carers.

Aged Care in the Home
The Australian Government funds Home Care Packages to support older Australians to live in the comfort of their own home, safely and happily.? ?
If you are eligible for a Home Care Package, you can choose Home Support Services , who are part of Medibank’s related family of companies, to coordinate and deliver the services you need as part of your package.?
